Our lump breakers reduce large clumps of agglomerated material such as chemicals, ash, sugar, food, and plastics into smaller, more uniform particles. They are available in 12”x12” and 24”x24” models in 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and carbon steel.

While these components break material down effectively, they should not be used as a true size reduction machine that grinds materials to a specific size. We recommend testing material to confirm size selection, as well as downstream level sensors to prevent overfilling of the feeding device. If you send your material to us, we will be able to test the material for you.
